SERVICES

SoSiab Care Inc. Personal Care Agency provides personal care services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds whom receive Medicaid only. We hire, orientate, and train the client's choice of personal care worker (for example: a family member or friend) to meet the client's specific needs. Client personal care workers are supervised by our Registered Nurse(s). 

Our Registered Nursing team will work with you on a one-to-one basis to develop an individual care plan that fits your specific needs that may include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with batHing;
• Teeth, mouth, denture and hair care.
• Assistance with mobility and ambulation including use of walker, cane or crutches.
• Skin care excluding wound care.
• Assistance with dressing and undressing.
• Toileting, including use and care of bedpan, urinal, commode or toilet.
• Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during personal care service activities.
• Meal preparation, food purchasing and meal serving.
• Accompanying the recipient to obtain medical diagnoses and treatment.

SoSiab Care is certified to provide personal care services to MEDICAID recipients of all ages and backgrounds residing in the following counties:
